The Title Song for iKON’s Repackage Album is ‘I’M OK’… Written by B.I and BOBBY [OFFICIAL]
[OSEN=지민경 기자] iKON will start the new year with the title song ‘I’M OK’ from the group’s repackage album.
Today(28th) at 10 AM, YG Entertainment revealed the teaser poster for ‘I’M OK’ through their official blog, notifying the title song of their repackage album.
‘I’M OK’ was composed by B.I and Future Bounce, while B.I, BOBBY, and Kim Jongwon were credited as the lyricists.
Since it is highly expected that the song will be revealed for the first time through iKON’s Seoul encore concert to be held on the 6th, a day prior to the album’s release date, expectations on the new song and the concert is higher than ever.
iKON, who received a lot of support from the public through songs ‘LOVE SCENARIO’, ‘KILLING ME’, and ‘GOODBYE ROAD’, has received the ‘Best Song of the Year’ award on the ‘2018 Melon Music Awards’, while B.I received the Best Songwriter award. They established themselves as one of the most popular groups of 2018 with their amazing accomplishments.
iKON’s upcoming repackage album will be the album to finalize the group’s ‘NEW KIDS’ series that started with the ‘NEW KIDS: BEGIN’ album released last year, their 2nd album ‘RETURN’, ‘NEW KIDS: CONTINUE’, and ‘NEW KIDS: THE FINAL’.
The Seoul encore concert will decorate the finale of their solo concert in Seoul held in KSPO DOME(Olympic Gymnastics Arena) last year on August that continued through the group’s Japan, Asia, and Australia tour that gathered a total of 180 thousand audiences. It will be a meaningful event for iKONIC(fan club), who have been supporting iKON for a long time.
iKON will perform on stage for the last time this year through the ‘2018 MBC Gayo Daejaejun’ being held on December 31.
