[OSEN=정지원 기자] While group iKON is continuing their no. 1 streak on music broadcasts with the song ‘GOODBYE ROAD’, they also grabbed attention by proving their elementary school president status through ‘I Live Alone’.

After releasing the song ‘GOODBYE ROAD’ on the 1st, iKON is proving their popularity by topping not only music charts, but also music broadcasts. iKON successfully hit three consecutive home-runs with songs ‘LOVE SCENARIO’, ‘KILLING ME’, and ‘GOODBYE ROAD’ by passing on their unique break-up emotions and vibes to the public.

iKON topped ‘Show Champion’, ‘M Countdown’, and ‘Music Bank’, becoming a hot topic in music broadcasts. If they continue their winning streak, it is possible for the group to achieve an ‘all-kill’ status in music broadcasts.

The group also proved their popularity in China by topping the K-Pop Weekly Chart and K-Pop MV Chart of QQ Music, which is China’s largest music platform.

Along with the group’s broad popularity among the public, the elementary school students are still showing heated support for iKON. People were able to sense iKON’s popularity through MBC’s ‘I Live Alone’ aired on the 12th.

Jun Hyunmoo’s 10-years old nephew Roy revealed his affections towards iKON by perfectly singing-along ‘LOVE SCENARIO’, while making the viewers laugh by even changing some of the lyrics.

Jun Hyunmoo and Park Narae mentioned iKON’s popularity by stating, “The children even switch up the lyrics in school. The song was also forbidden in some schools”, which surprised everyone at the scene.

By solidifying their position established through ‘LOVE SCENARIO’, iKON is still developing with the love and support of many fans. People are wondering how far they will able to go through the group’s upward trajectory.
