‘Comeback D-4’ iKON Starts ‘NEW KIDS : THE FINAL’ Pre-Order Sale Today (27th)
[OSEN=박진영 기자] Group iKON’s upcoming mini album ‘NEW KIDS : THE FINAL’ is now available for pre-order, noticing that iKON is now fully on comeback mode.
The pre-order for iKON’s mini album ‘NEW KIDS : THE FINAL’ with all new music by newly transformed iKON begins today (27th) at 2 PM.
There will be a total of 2 versions of ‘NEW KIDS : THE FINAL’, including the BLACKOUT version and the REDOUT version. The physical copies will include various components including a photo book, selfie photo card, special stickers, and folding posters, which are raising expectations by fans. The initially produced copies will also include an exclusive poster.
iKON’s upcoming mini album ‘NEW KIDS : THE FINAL’ is the final series following iKON’s ‘NEW KIDS : BEGIN’ released last year on May, ‘RETURN’ released this year on January, and ‘NEW KIDS : CONTINUE’ released on August. After being more active than any other year since making debut, iKON will make their ‘third comeback’ this year by releasing a new mini album, which is an unusual thing to do.
The new album will contain a total of 4 tracks written and composed by B.I, including the title song ‘GOODBYE ROAD’, ‘DON’T LET ME KNOW’, ‘ADORE YOU’, and ‘PERFECT’.
The title song ‘GOODBYE ROAD’ is a song that illustrates a break-up after love that started with happy ‘flower road’ times. The song competed for the title with ‘LOVE SCENARIO’ which gained huge popularity in early 2018 but had to wait for a year to be released since the song fits perfectly with autumn vibes. The song was written by B.I and BOBBY, while B.I, YG’s producing team FUTURE BOUNCE, and Bekuh BOOM composed the track.
iKON’s new album will be released in digital form on October 1 at 6 PM, while physical copies will be available on October 4 through online and offline retailers nationwide, including YG SELECT.
