Producer of ‘Do the right thing’ “It’s My First Show Since Leaving MBC… Feel Moved that the Show Premieres Tomorrow”
[일간스포츠=황소영 기자] The producers of ‘Do the right thing’ requested for interest on their new program.
On January 18, a press conference of JTBC’s new reality program, ‘Do the right thing’ (Directed by Je Young Jae and Kim Min Jong) was held in Sangam, Seoul. Producers Je Young Jae and Kim Min Jong came to the conference with actors Kim Bosung, Park Geonhyung, Don Spike, YOO BYUNG JAE, JINU (WINNER), and Kwon Hyunbin.
Producer Je Young Jae stated, “It’s my first program since leaving MBC. I’m very nervous. When I first planned this program, I felt ‘Will this work?’ but as the show premieres tomorrow, I feel deeply moved. Please look forward to the program”.
Producer Kim Min Jong continued by requesting, “We started this program with good intentions with the Ministry of Justice. Please watch the show with affection”.
Kim Bo Sung confessed, “I hope the crime rates in Korea will drop after this airs on TV, and that Korea becomes a safer country to live in. I felt that the process is really hard, and that I should live kindly”.
‘Do the right thing’ is a reality program produced by YG Entertainment. The show will reveal the process of committing a crime and receiving punishment. It’s not simply a prison experience show, but Korea’s first judicial reality program that displays the process of getting arrested, being put on trial, to being imprisoned. The show first premieres on January 19 at 9 PM.
