‘iKON PICNIC’, Girls from Tokyo Girl’s High School Talk About iKON
[텐아시아=이은진 기자] Girls from Tokyo Girl’s High School in JTBC’s ‘iKON PICNIC’ opened up their honest opinions on YG High School’s iKON, on their conversation with Sayuri.
On the break period after iKON’s free tour, Sayuri visited girls from Tokyo Girl’s High School as a teacher, and had an honest conversation about the different cultures and languages between Korea and Japan. When iKON from ‘YG High School’ came up as a topic, the girls glittered their eyes and opened up their honest opinions, gathering the viewer’s attention.
When they were asked “How is iKON, after meeting them in person”, the girls stated, “They looked chic and didn’t look like they talk much”, and continued “but they were really talkative and treated us very kindly, so we kind of saw a different side of them (From their appearances on stage)”. They also explained iKON’s charm as a ‘male’ friend, different from their charismatic image on stage.
When compared to Japanese boys of similar age, they stated that iKON was “delicate, considerate, and good-mannered” while making an excited face, making the viewers laugh.
