The Producer of ‘iKON PICNIC’, “The Show Was Planned While Pitying iKON With No School Day Memories”
[OSEN=강서정 기자] Park Jieun, the producer of “iKON PICNIC”, explained why the show was initially planned.
In the Production Announcement for the upcoming program ‘Global Youth Project – iKON PICNIC’ (abbreviated as iKON PICNIC) held on November 1 at Stanford Hotel Seoul located in Sangam, producer Park Jieun stated, “While I was having interviews with iKON planning for this program, they told me they don’t have school memories since they started out as idol trainees”.
She continued “They don’t even have close celebrity friends. They’re only friends with team members. I thought that’s pitiful, so I decided to plan a school trip for the members at average age 22”.
Meanwhile, ‘iKON PICNIC’ is set to air its first episode on November 4 at 12:20 AM KST.
