[OSEN=이소담 기자] Group SECHSKIES has unveiled a series of teaser photos two days before their comeback.
At 10AM today, YG Entertainment released one group teaser image with the credits of “SMILE”, one of the double title tracks of SECHSKIES’ fifth full album, and five solo teaser images of the members, on the company’s official blog (www.yg-life.com).
“SMILE” is a slow song which shows SECHSKIES members’ new appeals and outstanding vocal.
The solo teaser images include part of the lyrics of “SMILE”. The lyrics that go “Yes, you smile so I can forget everything else looking at you / There is no happiness without you/ You can count on me when you feel down / I just wanna hear your voice with my eyes closed” leave a strong impression.
EUN JI WON, the team’s leader who has recently signed an exclusive contract with YG picked “SMILE” as his favorite song among the songs in the new album, saying, “This song maximizes SECHSKIES members’ emotions”.
KANG SUNG HOON introduced the song by saying, “Its lyrics talk about a desperate desire to see the smile of a beloved one when going through hard times.”
Not only the music but also the music videos of SECHSKIES’ new album are drawing keen attention. Director Han Sa-min who has worked with BIGBANG and G-DRAGON worked on the music videos of SECHSKIES’ new album. Fans are keenly interested in how the upgraded visual of SECHSKIES and matured style are expressed in the sophisticated new music videos.
