[Exclusive] YANG HYUN SUK is to Visit 50 Entertainment Companies across the Country for JTBC’s New Variety Show
[OSEN=강서정 기자] Now we have a rough idea of what producer HAN DONG CHUL’s new show will be about. YG Entertainment CEO YANG HYUN SUK will be travelling around the country and visit entertainment companies.
On September 1, sources confirmed that YANG HYUN SUK will be appearing on HAN DONG CHUL’s new JTBC variety show and visiting more than 50 entertainment companies around the world.
He will go and visit entertainment companies to find new stars and help them debut.
This show is different from HAN DONG CHUL’s shows in the past. He is the producer of Mnet’s hit audition shows such as Show Me The Money, Unpretty Rapstar, and Produce 101, and many expected his new show to be another audition show. However, their expectations were proven wrong.
YG rarely had any interaction with other entertainment companies so far, but this time, YANG HYUN SUK will be visiting small to medium sized entertainment agencies himself.
It is said that YANG HYUN SUK put a lot of thought before agreeing to do the show. As the head of YG, YANG HYUN SUK has a lot of things to take care of and runs a busy schedule. These companies are located not just in Seoul but across the country, and he needs a lot of time to visit 50 entertainment companies. So it is inevitable that he needs to put in more time than when he was doing SBS’s K-pop Star.
However, YANG HYUN SUK recruited HAN DONG CHUL himself and he trusts that HAN DONG CHUL has what it takes to make a show successful. This is why he decided to go on HAN DONG CHUL’s new show.
The show will be aired on JTBC at 6 PM on either Saturday or Sunday later this year.
