SECHSKIES to Hold a Concert at the Gocheok Sky Dome on September 23 as a Finale to their 20th Anniversary Celebrations
[일간스포츠=이미현 기자] SECHSKIES will hold a concert at the Gocheok Sky Dome on September 23. It will be the finale of their 20th anniversary celebration events.
On August 7, YG Entertainment posted an image titled “2017 SECHSKIES 20TH ANNIVERSARY CONCERT” and a spot video on its official blog and social media page announcing that the group will be doing a concert soon.
This year marks the 20th anniversary of SECHSKIES’s debut. On April 28, SECHSKIES released a new EP titled “THE 20TH ANNIVERSARY”, which has “BE WELL” and “SAD SONG”. Afterwards, the group did a number of events to meet their fans, including an exhibition titled “YELLOW UNIVERSE”, a fan meeting “‘YELLOWKIES DAY”, and a video event in Hawaii titled “NEW KIES ON THE HONOLULU”.
The concert at the Gocheok Sky Dome will be the highlight of SECHSKIES’s 20th anniversary events, and the group is going to put on a special show for their fans.
The concert will be even more meaningful as it is held to celebrate the one year anniversary of the “YELLOW NOTE” concert, which took place in September last year. The “YELLOW NOTE” was the first concert that SECHSKIES held after they united again.
The tickets to the concert will be sold online starting from 8 PM on August 22 on Auction Ticket.
Recently, SECHSKIES held a fan meeting in Japan for the first time after their debut. The group will hold another fan meeting at the Namba Hatch in Osaka, Japan on September 3.
