WINNER unveiled dance practice video of “FOOL”, following the dance video of “REALLY REALLY”
[동아닷컴=최윤나 기자] WINNER has unveiled the dance practice video of their new song “FOOL”, following the dance practice video of “REALLY REALLY”.
On April 12 in the afternoon, YG Entertainment unveiled the dance practice video of WINNER’s new song “FOOL”, on the company’s official blog.
In the mono-toned video, WINNER members’ dance that expresses the sad and sentimental lyrics of “FOOL” creates a perfect harmony with the song’s melody of a slow tempo, catching the eyes of viewers.
Notably, the video was shot in the one-take technique which well-displays WINNER’s group dance of perfect harmony between the members as well as each member’s sophisticated expression of emotions in their solo parts.
The dance unveiled in the video was created by LEE SEUNG HOON based on collaboration with the other members. LEE SEUNG HOON entered top 4 in “K-Pop Star 1” competition, for his original dance and performance.
“FOOL” is a song of slow tempo, with an outstanding piano melody based on the main lead sound. KANG SEUNG YOON composed the melody of the song with YG’s producer AirPlay and wrote the lyrics by himself. The song talks about the sorrowful feelings that anyone would have after breaking up with a loved one, expressing such feelings implicitly in a word “fool”.
WINNER has kicked off their comeback project in earnest by performing in TV music shows including MBC’s “Show! Music Center” and SBS “INKIGAYO” as well as by appearing in MBC’s “My Little Television” show last weekend. WINNER has also confirmed their appearance in MBC Every1’s “Weekly Idol” show.
