[Interview] Producer of Go Go with Mr Paik Says, “LEE SEUNG HOON Submitted a Plan for the Show to YG’s YANG HYUN SUK”
[enews24=고홍주 기자] The broadcasting time of tvN’s global cooking variety show Go Go with Mr Paik got changed to Tuesday evenings. The show’s Krabi episode will start at 9:40 PM on November 29. The biggest change is the location and the cast members. WINNER’s LEE SEUNG HOON and actress Gong Seung-yeon are chosen as the cast of Go Go with Mr Paik in Krabi.
The producer of the show, Paik Seung-ryong, told eNEWS24, “The chemistry between LEE SEUNG HOON and Gong Seung-yeon is amazing. It’s different to the chemistry between Onew and Jung Chaeyeon, and you can’t help smiling seeing them together. They are like siblings.”
It is said that LEE SEUNG HOON even drew up a plan on how he will do the show and submitted it to YANG HYUN SUK. Paik Seung-ryong commented, “He was well prepared. So much so that he even submitted a plan to Mr. Yang, who was worried about him appearing in a variety show. Mr. Yang was impressed by LEE SEUNG HOON’s determination and gave him permission.”
Then, how did he do in Thailand? Paik Seung-ryong answered, “He was like a child let loose enjoying his freedom. All throughout the shoot, he remained energetic, funny, and charming. You will be able to see a totally different side of LEE SEUNG HOON on the show.”
Another interesting aspect of the show is how much the cast will enjoy Paik Jong Won’s dishes. According to the staff, LEE SEUNG HOON and Gong Seung-yeon devoured the food made by Paik Jong Won.
Paik Seung-ryong, the producer of Go Go with Mr Paik said, “The two of them kept eating and made Paik Jong Won very happy. It was as if they had put down their titles as an idol group member and actress. It will be a great chance to see their new side.”
Meanwhile, Go Go with Mr Paik is a show in which the cast travels around Southeast Asia and cooks with local ingredients. Go Go with Mr Paik in Kudat aired in September, and viewers watched Onew and Jung Chaeyeon savoring the magical dishes made by Paik Jong Won and became hungry themselves. The first episode of tvN’s Go Go with Mr Paik in Krabi will air at 9:20 PM on November 29 and give vicarious satisfaction and a healing experience to those leading busy lives.
