SECHSKIES to go on a Magazine Cover Looking Handsome as Ever
[헤럴드POP=임지연 기자] SECHSKIES is to be on the cover of a magazine.
In the afternoon of November 14, YG Entertainment CEO YANG HYUN SUK posted a picture hashtagged #SECHSKIES, #December Cover, #First Release, and #Still Looking Good on his Instagram page.
The picture features SECHSKIES, which was reunited in April, on the cover of a magazine. SECHSKIES did a cover shoot for Nylon, and the picture will be used for its December edition. Although SECHSKIES was on a long hiatus, the members looked as handsome as they were 16 years ago.
SECHSKIES debuted in 1997, and last April, its members reunited after appearing in MBC’s Infinite Challenge. Afterwards, the group succeeded in signing a management contract with YG. On October 7, SECHSKIES released “THREE WORDS”, its first new single in 16 years. The song took the first spot on the charts of Melon, Monkey3, Olleh, Naver Music, Bugs, Soribada, Mnet, and Genie. In addition, “THREE WORDS” became no.1 on Gaon’s monthly digital chart for October.
Meanwhile, SECHSKIES will start a tour titled “2016 SECHSKIES ‘YELLOW NOTE’ TOUR” and hold concerts at the Daegu Expo on December 10 and at the Busan Bexco on December 24-25. The tour will be a chance for SECHSKIES to give unforgettable memories with Yellow Kies (SECHSKIES’s official fan club).
