[Exclusive] SECHSKIES’s new project for this November will include TV appearances… Fans’ anticipation is growing

[스타뉴스=길혜성 기자] SECHSKIES, one of the first-generation idol boy groups who took Korea’s music scene by the storm in the 1990’s, is launching a new project in this upcoming November. As the project is known to be including SECHSKIES’ appearance in TV shows including music shows, fans’ anticipation is growing high.

SECHSKIES has been carrying out a comeback projects with their new label YG Entertainment recently, including the comeback concert held in September and the release of “THREE WORDS”, their new song released for the first time in 16 years. SECHSKIES will continue with the comeback project in this coming November as well.

Music fans are putting out different speculations about SECHSKIES’ new project for November; it might be another single that follows “THREE WORDS” released on October 7, or release of a full-length album with multiple new songs. However, what the project really is has yet to be known.

According to insiders’ remark on October 14, both YG and SECHSKIES’ members are working especially hard on the new project for November, to the extent that it is directly led by YG’s CEO YANG HYUN SUK. SECHSKIES has also confirmed that the new project will include their TV appearances including performances in TV music shows.

Even though SECHSKIES swept top places on all major music charts in Korea with their new song “THREE WORDS”, they have not been performing the song in TV music shows. They once considered performing in TV music shows as “THREE WORDS” is enjoying bigger-than-expected popularity, but SECHSKIES is not likely to appear in TV shows with performance of “THREE WORDS” now. That is because SECHSKIES has decided to appear in TV shows for the new project to be launched in November.
