[Exclusive] T.O.P & Ueno Juri Captured in Korea-Japan Joint Drama Set
[fn스타=윤효진 기자] BIGBANG’s T.O.P and Japanese actress Ueno Juri kick started filming the Korea-Japan joint drama.
The two were captured at 1pm on June 1 at Deoksugung Stonewall Walkway in Seoul filming for the drama.
Ueno started filming for it first on June 2 in Gangnam, and this is the first time the two are filming together. As the news of the two spread, many people and fans came to the set to watch the filming process.
The two actors had a thorough discussion before kick starting the filming. T.O.P and Ueno walked along the Stonewall while being filmed.
The upcoming drama is a joint project of Korea’s contents company CJ E&M, Japan’s Muse entertainment and Global messenger LINE. With T.O.P and Ueno starring in the drama, it is attracting the attention of global fans.
The producer from CJ E&M, Lee Seung Hoon, who is in charge of the drama commented, “We planned and designed this for nearly a year before starting filming. We chose the two actors from the early stage, and we are very happy to be able to work with them. They are top stars in Korea and Japan, and we will make use of this fact and create something everyone can enjoy.”
In the story, T.O.P plays a character name Woo Hyuk who wants to believe in true love, while Ueno plays a role of Haruka who has a lot to say about love. The drama is about the two finding new love and the new love that blooms in the process.
