YG’s Kim Ji Soo Appears on “Producer” Before Debut
[OSEN=선미경 기자] YG Entertainment’s new girl group member Kim Ji Soo aroused much attention by appearing in the drama “Producer” before her debut.
She played a character on the drama aired through KBS 2TV on May 23. The drama is written by Park Ji Eun and Kim Ji Sun, and directed by Pyo Min Su and Seo Su Min.
In the episode, she appeared as a new member of the variety show “2 Days & 1 Night” led by characters Ra Jun Mo (Cha Tae Hyun) and Baek Seung Chan (Kim Soo Hyun). She appeared with the fellow YG members DARA and WINNER’s KANG SEUNG YOON. Her feminine beauty and candid acting received much positive response.
Kim Ji Soo is also known for being chosen as the TV ad model for a casual bag brand, appearing with actor Lee Min Ho.
She was also involved in music videos of EPIK HIGH’s “SPOILER + HAPPEN ENDING” and HI SOO HYUN’s “I’M DIFFERENT,” attracting much attention even before her debut. Her tearful acting in EPIK HIGH’s music video heightened expectations for her acting potential as well.
Now attention is on YG’s new girl group member to see where her future lies after she makes an official debut.
