AKMU tops charts with “200%” for 20 consecutive days
[OSEN=권지영 기자] The sibling duo AKDONG MUSICIAN (AKMU) has been topping music charts for 20 days since the release of their album.
The title track “200%” of their 1st full album “PLAY” has topped 3 major domestic music charts like Melon, Olleh Music and Genie. The song ranks in the top range on other charts like Mnet, Bugs, Naver, Daum Music and Monkey 3.
“200%” is an unrequited love song with a vivacious rhythm that carries AKMU’s witty lyrics. It is certainly well received by the public.
GB9’s “Whatever You Do, You Are Pretty” released on April 25 topped Monkey 3, Soribada and Bugs, while Lim Hyung Joo’s “A Thousand Winds,” written in tribute to the victims of Sewol Ferry tragedy, topped Naver and Cyworld Music.
High4’s “Not Spring, Love or Cherry Blossoms” featuring IU has topped Mnet and Daum Music.
