AKMU’s “200%” earns Triple Crown on April’s monthly charts of Gaon Chart
[enews24 전수미 기자] AKDONG MUSICIAN’s “200%” earned a triple crown, taking the top place on three April’s monthly charts of Gaon Chart, including its digital, streaming and download charts.
According to Gaon Chart on May 11, AKMU’s “200%” scored 76,885,680 on its monthly digital chart for April.
The song scored 21,180,840 on its monthly streaming chart and 791,216 on its download chart, taking the No.1 on both.
Earlier, AKMU has shown their great potential dominating the top spot of six Korea’s monthly music charts from Mnet, Olleh Music, Soribada, Cyworld, Monkey 3, Genie, Naver Music and Daum Music.
AKMU also placed all three of their title tracks, “200%”, “MELTED” and “GIVE LOVE” — selected as the third title song thanks to its popularity on music streaming websites — in the top 10 rankings and demonstrated their incredible power.
AKMU’s “200%” also topped Mnet’s ‘M-Countdown’, which was cancelled in mourning for the ferry Sewol accident in Korea. The song helped AKMU achieve two more triple crowns, claiming the No.1 in Mnet’s ‘M-Countdown’ and SBS ‘Inkigayo’ for three weeks in a row.
Meanwhile, AKMU will start their TV performance of “GIVE LOVE” in Mnet’s ‘M-Countdown’ on May 15.
