[스타뉴스 이지현 기자] Boy band Big Bang (G-Dragon, Top, Taeyang, Dae Sung, and Seungri)’s Taeyang has finalized the date of his comeback as a solo artist, November 1.

In the morning on the 23, a once-disclosed teaser image of Taeyang was posted again on YG Entertainment (“YG”)’s official blog YG Life.

On the image that was released for the second time, there were words “HE IS BACK” “November 1, 2013”, to announce Taeyang’s comeback on November 1.

YG had planned to release Taeyang’s new solo album in September this year. However, as Taeyang paid extra attention and care to the preparations for the new solo album, YG has also delayed the release schedule by about two months. It is known that Taeyang has been preparing for his new solo album for a long time, in cooperation with both Korean and foreign musicians.

The new album is the first one in three years. He released his first solo album in 2010 and its title track “I Need a Girl”, an R&B dance music, enjoyed a great popularity.

Meanwhile, Big Bang members including Teayang have been busy as solo artists recently.

Dae Sung released a solo album in Japan, and Seungri and G-Dragon in Korea this year. Top, who is a singer-cum-actor, is expecting the release of “Commitment” a movie for which he acts as the leading role, which is scheduled on November 6.
