YG’s New Girl Group BABYMONSTER’s Debut Music Show Full of Excitement and Thrills

On May 22, YG Entertainment posted “BABYMONSTER – ‘SHEESH’ 1st MUSIC SHOW BEHIND” on their official social media. The video gives fans a glimpse behind the scenes of the group’s first appearance on SBS’s ‘Inkigayo’ since their official debut.
Before the pre-recording, the members, fresh and new, brought smiles with their youthful charm. AHYEON mentioned, “I keep trembling,” while ASA expressed concerns, “My mind goes blank,” as they endlessly practiced for their MC interview. Meanwhile, RUKA brought laughter with her bright, cheerful expressions, clearly enjoying the moment.
The efforts to perfect their first performance in front of fans continued. Particularly, RAMI’s spontaneous live practice scene was revealed, garnering acclaim among global music fans and leaving everyone in awe. The members encouraged each other, lifted the mood with chants, and prepared thoroughly.
Finally taking the stage in front of about 250 fans, BABYMONSTER delivered a steady and overwhelming performance. After successfully completing their first show, they applauded the staff members in gratitude and were visibly moved.
BABYMONSTER said, “It was our first time performing on stage in front of fans, so while it was nerve-racking, it was also very thrilling. We’re so happy to have finished our first music show well and we want to continue to show various sides of ourselves in the future. We are thankful for the support from our fans.”
In other news, BABYMONSTER is currently conducting their first fan meeting tour, ‘[BABYMONSTER PRESENTS: SEE YOU THERE],’ across five cities in seven sessions. Later this month, they will release a performance video for ‘LIKE THAT,’ a song personally gifted by Charlie Puth, which is set to boost their global popularity.
