BABYMONSTER to Appear on ‘Knowing Bros’ for Their First Ever Variety Show Debut
[OSEN=지민경 기자] YG’s new girl group BABYMONSTER is set to make their first-ever variety show appearance on JTBC’s “Knowing Bros”.
According to OSEN’s report on April 2, BABYMONSTER will be participating in the recording of “Knowing Bros” happening this week.
This marks BABYMONSTER’s first appearance on a variety program since their official debut on April 1, signaling the start of their vigorous activities, following their music show appearances.
As BABYMONSTER’s first venture into TV variety shows has been shrouded in mystery, there’s heightened anticipation on how the members will showcase their charms and variety skills on “Knowing Bros”.
Meanwhile, BABYMONSTER released their first mini album ‘BABYMONS7ER’ at midnight on April 1, kicking off their full activities as a seven-member group. ‘BABYMONS7ER’ topped the iTunes charts in six regions and reached the upper echelons of the worldwide album chart, while the music video for the title track “SHEESH” skyrocketed to the top of YouTube’s ‘Most Viewed Videos in 24 Hours’, surpassing 30 million views.
With their debut, dubbed the arrival of the ‘monster rookies’, BABYMONSTER is set to begin their music show appearances starting with SBS’s ‘Inkigayo’ on April 7. They will also engage in a variety of activities including diverse content creation, fan sign events, an Asia fan meeting tour across five regions, and performing at Japan’s largest music festival, “Summer Sonic 2024”, meeting fans both domestically and internationally.
