BABYMONSTER, with their music and music video, follows the success formula of YG’s flagship musicians like 2NE1 (debuted in 2009) and BLACKPINK (debuted in 2016). Their hit songs feature a signature YG swagger-filled beat, explosive sound in the latter half, refreshing vocal techniques, rapid rapping, stunning music video sets and visuals, and precise choreography.

They established YG’s girl group identity with their unique style, differentiating them from other girl groups.
BLACKPINK expanded into international markets, securing their position as the top girl group. Starting with their debut single ‘SQUARE ONE’ featuring ‘WHISTLE’ and ‘BOOMBAYAH’, followed by ‘PLAYING WITH FIRE’, ‘AS IF IT’S YOUR LAST’, ‘DDU-DU DDU-DU’, and ‘Kill This Love’, BLACKPINK has shaken up the charts with each release.
