Pre-reservations Pour in for TREASURE’s Japanese Pop-up Store…Visitors Surpass 20,000 People
[OSEN=지민경 기자] YG mega group TREASURE once again proved their popularity in Japan with fans pouring in to visit their pop-up store commemorating their first Arena tour in Japan.
YG Entertainment has been holding the ‘TREASURE JAPAN ARENA TOUR 2022-23~HELLO~ POPUP STORE’ from December 26th which will run till the 9th of January at Laforet Department Store at Harajuku Laforet.
Attention was drawn to the pop-up store from early on as it was made in commemoration of TREASURE’s first Arena tour in Japan since debut. The pop-up stores were opened in 6 cities across the nation, in the order of Sapporo, Fukui, Nagoya, Fukuoka, Osaka, and Tokyo, which were where the concerts were held. Reservations poured in on their official website, and fans were found crowded in stores before and after the concert.
Even after the tour was over, fans rushed to the pop-up store, continuing the atmosphere of the concert at the store. As of the 5th, a total of 20,000 people had visited the store, proving their overwhelming popularity in the country. In particular, the building where their Tokyo pop-up is being held was wrapped with TREASURE, and even general customers lined up from early on to enter the store.
A total of 60 types of products including already released products, TREASURE X KRUNK collaboration products, new products celebrating their area tour, and limited local edition products were put on display. Some of them were sold out in a short time. Not only products, but the stores were filled with things to enjoy such as TREASURE’s music video, photo zone, and panels of members’ faces.
Meanwhile, TREASURE recently wrapped up their Arena tour in Japan by performing their ‘TREASURE JAPAN ARENA TOUR 2022-23~HELLO~’ on the 3rd and 4th of January in Saitama Super Area near Tokyo. They will now move to Osaka for a special performance on the 28th and 29th at Kyosera Dome. Starting in March, they will go on an Asia tour in the order of Taipei, Kuala Lumpur, Jakarta, Bangkok, Singapore, Manila, Macau, and Hong Kong, to meet with even more global fans.
