BLACKPINK JISOO Set to Make a Comeback as a Solo Artist… “Finished Shooting Her Jacket Image”
[서울경제=추승현 기자] JISOO from group BLACKPINK is just about to make her debut as a solo artist.
On the 2nd of January, her agency YG Entertainment said, “JISOO is currently recording her solo album. She’s been working hard on her music despite her busy schedules with the world tour which began last year, and she’s even finished shooting her jacket images to keep her promise with fans.” They then added, “We’ll soon bring fans great news.”
Global fans are showing enthusiastic responses on JISOO’s solo debut news, as she’s the last one to make her debut as a solo artist following JENNIE, ROSÉ, and LISA. Expectations are running particularly high, as all three members’ solo albums became a huge hit, practicing influence all over the globe.
Meanwhile, BLACKPINK is currently on the biggest world-tour as a K-Pop girl group. Starting with their Seoul concert in October, they’ve performed in North America and Europe so far. Starting this year, they’ll head off to Asia and Oceania and meet with even more global fans.
