TREASURE Unveils Special Performance Clip Where They Wave ‘HELLO’ in Uniform to Fans
[OSEN=선미경 기자] A special performance clip was unveiled on the 21st which portrayed TREASURE’s distinctive refreshing energy.
TREASURE appeared in the classroom decorated with balloons of various colors, scribbles, and a poster, wearing uniforms. They gifted viewers with an exciting energy by posing in witty gestures such as arm wrestling or playing with a soccer ball.
The dance practice video was put together as a story, making viewers focus even more. JIHOON and ASAHI stole the attention of viewers with their facial expressions during the part ‘I guess I’m all alone like an island in a crowd’, and the videography which portrayed the sentimental lyrics were also impressive. The other members comforted the two members in turn, spreading their positive energy.
In particular, the members sat in one line on their chairs during the chorus part, which is different to the intense choreography of the original version, putting a smile on fans’ faces. They then showed their signature dance move of waving their hands during the ‘HELLO’ part in a hip way.
In the middle the clip, JIHOON and ASAHI became one with TREASURE’s energy and positivity, and showed a powerful performance with even greater confidence, unlike the first part of the clip. They made fans’ heart beat by showing their explosive energy when yelling out ‘HELLO’ all together, and freely expressed their free vibes during the part they sing all together.
‘HELLO’ is a dance song that starts off with a grand verse, and is a song where the free chorus with rock-fuck elements, and explosive drop melody line continues on throughout the song. Ever since it was released on October 4th, it took the charts of major Japanese music charts such as Rakuten, Line Musick, and AWA.
Their 2nd mini-album ‘THE SECOND STEP : CHAPTER TWO’ which contains this song, took the first spot on the iTunes chart in 17 countries. Following on the popularity trend, TREAUSRE plans on holding a concert on the 12th and 13th of November at Seoul Olympic Park KSPO DOME.
