iKON Adds Additional Concert Sessions With Tickets Selling Out..”Will Give Back the Love Through Performances on Stage”
[OSEN=선미경 기자] Group iKON will be expanding their Japanese tour schedule (iKON JAPAN TOUR 2022) thanks to enthusiastic responses from local fans.
According to YG Entertainment on the 19th, iKON has confirmed three additional performances on the 22nd and 23rd of October at Japan’s Osaka-jo Hall.
This is all thanks to local fans’ explosive responses. In fact, not only the 3 concert sessions held at World Memorial Hall in Kobe, but the last concert session held in Tokyo’s National Yoyogi Stadium was completely sold out.
YG said “We’ve been receiving outstanding number of requests and inquiries from fans who couldn’t buy tickets about extra sessions”. They then added, “Feeling gratitude, iKON will pay back their love with performances that go beyond their expectations.”
As a result, iKON will be meeting with iKONICS in Osaka once again. Expectations are running high as it’s a chance for them to see and listen to iKON’s unrivaled live skills and performances.
iKON members said “We’re happy we can keep the promise we made to fans to meet again soon. We receive great energy through the love and support you guys send us. It’s now time for us to payback that energy.”
Meanwhile, iKON’s Japanese album ‘FLASHBACK ‘+ i DECIDE” which was released on the 13th, took the no.1 spot on Japan’s largest music site Line Music’s Top 100 Chart. The Japanese version of the title-song ‘BUT YOU’ took the top spot on Rakuten Music’s Weekly Chart.
