American press excited to see Psy at White House Correspondents’ Dinner
Now a global star Psy decorated the main page of America’s popular political website as he received an invitation to the White House Correspondents’ Dinner 2013, where President Obama was present.
On April 28 (Korean time), Psy was in Washington D.C. to be at the White House Correspondents’ Dinner 2013.
A photograph of the South Korean star at the event was posted on the official website of Politico, a prominent political website in the U.S. According to the webpage, Psy arrived at the event three hours early. He was dressed classy as usual with his stylish sunglasses, a charming bowtie, and a clean-cut suit.
Politico stated that CBS invited the South Korean rapper Psy to the event, and he was soaked in spotlight of the media as soon as he arrived.
The White House Correspondents’ Dinner is the largest event for the American media industry where journalists who cover the White House and the President and the Vice President attend. Apart from them, prominent political figures and world-renown celebrities also participate in the event. In this year’s dinner, stars like Nicole Kidman, Gerard Butler, film director Steven Spielberg, and musicians like Katy Perry and Bon Jovi were present along with Psy.
