iKON Celebrates ‘2000th Day of Debut’, Communicates with Fans Through V LIVE
[이데일리=장병호 기자] Group iKON spent meaningful time with the fans through a surprise live broadcast.
On March 7, YG Entertainment shared that iKON has communicated with their global fans through a Naver V LIVE after their appearance on MBC ‘Show! Music Core’ on the 6th, to celebrate their 2000th day of making debut.
iKON has previously held the ‘PRIVATE STAGE-KOLORFUL’ back in June 9, 2018 to celebrate their 1000th day since making debut. Since the members could not meet the fans face-to-face due to the current situation, they’ve decided to meet the fans through a live video broadcast.
iKON shared their sincerities and gratitude towards the fans by stating, “We decided to visit you live to celebrate together online” and by adding, “Thank you for always being with us, supporting us, and showing us love”.
The members wrote rolling papers for each other and also letters for ‘iKONIC’(fandom), while communicating with the fans through various contents.
JAY who began reading his rolling paper stated, “It’s my first time being the eldest brother in my life, so sorry I couldn’t take good care of you” and showed his trustworthy aspect by adding, “Let’s keep our first intentions and walk our paths, in silence but with hard work”. BOBBY also expressed his gratitude by stating, “Thank you for filling up my flaws by one fifth, each”.
The letters written by the members will be revealed through the fan channel along with iKON’s group image.
iKON has made debut back in September 15, 2015 through their digital single ‘MY TYPE’. They’ve released numerous hits including ‘LOVE SCENARIO’ and ‘KILLING ME’ since then. They’ve released their new single ‘Why Why Why’ on the 3rd and are currently on active promotional activities.
