BANG YE DAM of TREASRE on ‘You Heeyeol’s Sketchbook’, Cries of Debut… “Flashback Memories of Trainee Days”
[뉴스1=박하나 기자] TREASURE appeared on ‘You Heeyeol’s Sketchbook’ and revealed thoughts on their day of debut.
On KBS 2TV ‘You Heeyeol’s Sketchbook’ aired on the 5th at 11:20 PM, group TREASURE made their first-ever appearance.
TREASURE presented a sharp group dance with the rock version of ‘MMM’ as their first performance at ‘You Heeyeol’s Sketchbook’. BANG YE DAM of TREASURE revealed the group’s thoughts on appearing on the show as the representative of the group by stating, “It was a dream we dreamt of, and many members wanted to see You Heeyeol. It’s an honor, and we are a bit nervous”.
You Heeyeol mentioned BANG YE DAM from ‘K-Pop Star Season 2’ and greeted him by stating, “It’s been 8 years”. BANG YE DAM entered YG Entertainment the year after he appeared on ‘K-Pop Star Season 2’ and trained for 7 to 8 years.
BANG YE DAM revealed the fact that he cried on his day of debut. BANG YE DAM reminisced, “I felt dull, but when I realized that I actually made debut, flashback memories of my trainee days passed by. I felt rewarded and willing, which made me shed tears”.
Afterwards, You Heeyeol shared his story on visiting YG Entertainment for the recording of SECHSKIES. You Heeyeol praised BANG YE DAM by stating, “I needed a chorus so I took recommendations, and everyone recommended BANG YE DAM”.
Meanwhile, KBS 2TV ‘You Heeyeol’s Sketchbook’ is the variety show of live music and a satisfying music talk show being aired every Friday night at 11:20 PM.
