BOBBY of iKON Reveals MV Teaser for ‘U MAD’… Catchy Sounds+Extreme Styling
[OSEN=지민경 기자] While iKON BOBBY’s comeback is only 4 days ahead, the MV teaser for his title track ‘U MAD’ from his upcoming 2nd solo album has been revealed for the first time.
Despite being a short 20-second clip, the teaser included part of the unique and catchy melodies of ‘U MAD’, gathering the people’s attention. Furthermore, BOBBY’s extreme styling including glamorous nails and accessories stood out, raising the anticipation of fans.
There was a scene where BOBBY seemed to be stealing a CD with ‘DEMO’ written on it, in a secretive room. BOBBY’s facial expression after he got the CD on his hand was filmed in close-up, making the viewers curious about the story of the full-version MV.
The sounds and mood which seemed to be arousing odd tension before a thrilling action film began charmed the viewers. YG marked ‘#1’ on the MV teaser, notifying that there will be a follow-up content.
BOBBY’s 2nd solo album [LUCKY MAN] will be released on January 25 at 6 PM, while physical copies will be released on January 28 through nationwide retailers online and offline.
BOBBY participated in the writing and composing of all 17 tracks included on his upcoming album, including the title track ‘U MAD’. The people are looking forward to how he will present his new charms through his music and performances, as he is returning as a solo artist in approximately 3 years and 4 months.
