YG TREASURE Reveals ‘K-Pop Awards’ Stage Practice Video… The Perfect Example of a Great Performance
[동아닷컴=송치훈 기자] YG’s rookie group TREASURE revealed the stage practice video for their performance at the ‘2020 SBS K-Pop Awards’ on the 27th.
The video allowed the viewers to watch TREASURE’s process of preparing hard for their stage performance with more focus, and therefore received favorable reviews from global fans.
TREASURE showed off their charisma shown at the ‘K-Pop Awards’ even in the training room, as they began their dance break. The camera captured the members’ dramatic facial expressions as well as MASHIHO’s acrobatic performance in close-up view, making the viewers unable to take their eyes off throughout the entire clip.
They began performing the title song ‘I LOVE YOU’ from their second single album. The members showed off their soft yet restrained dance moves which perfectly matched ‘I LOVE YOU’, newly arranged with grand sounds. The scene where they presented a perfect group dance on the melodical piano instrumental made the viewers feel aesthetic pleasure.
On their following performance of ‘BOY’, TREASURE proved the reason why they are the ultimate ‘teen-crush’ group. TREASURE filled the practice room with their explosive energy, grabbing the viewers’ hearts in an instant. In fact, YOON JAE HYUK’s passionate moves during the group dance even made his name tag fall off from his clothes.
The performance of ‘MMM’, specially arranged in Rock version, decorated the finale of the video. TREASURE completed their dynamic group dance on top of the electric guitar sounds and drum beats which knocked the viewers’ hearts. The fierce music and TREASURE’s explosive Hip-hop swag were captured in camera in one take, making the video even more addicting.
TREASURE presented a special performance at the ‘2020 SBS K-Pop Awards in DAEGU’ broadcasted on the 25th. TREASURE showed off their improved skills and talents, making the people review their stage as an ‘unbelievable performance for a rookie group’.
While active under YG’s fast·concentrated strategy, TREASURE is showing off their high-level skills and capabilities while being acknowledged by numerous global fans. The video became a meaningful present for the fans, since it was the first time that they’ve revealed the dance practice video for their special stage performance.
