‘Comeback on October 2’, BLACKPINK to Present Comeback Live Broadcast
[뉴시스=이현주 기자] With only a week left until the release of BLACKPINK’s official debut album release, BLACKPINK has noticed a special communication event with the fans.
According to YG Entertainment on the 26th, BLACKPINK will hold a comeback live broadcast for an hour 3 hours prior to the release of their official debut album, ‘THE ALBUM’, on October 2.
The live broadcast on VLIVE will present BLACKPINK’s ‘THE ALBUM’ song introduction and title song MV spoilers.
Furthermore, the group prepared corners which they will read the fans’ wishes in celebration of Chuseok. The wishes can be sent to BLACKPINK through Twitter hashtags.
BLACKPINK will release their official debut album titled ‘THE ALBUM’ on October 2 at 1 PM, in 4 years since they made debut. They’ve been preparing for the album for a long time. As they target the global market, they will release the album on the same day at 12 AM, in US EST.
Other than the individual member posters which tease the members’ outfit concepts, detailed information on the upcoming album are still in veil.
Meanwhile, BLACKPINK’s ‘THE ALBUM’ pre-order volume has been accumulated as 800 thousand copies in 6 days since its pre-release date. It is likely to lead to actual sales, which will be the biggest album sales record in K-Pop girl group history.
