[OSEN=박판석 기자] YG TREASURE’s behind film full of their bright energy and love was revealed, making the fans’ hearts flutter.

On September 26 at 12 PM, YG Entertainment uploaded ‘THE FIRST STEP : CHAPTER TWO’ JACKET MAKING FILM through their official blog.

After meeting at the shooting scene, TREASURE worked with each other with bright smiles and heated passion. The casual stylings and outfits such as shirts and cardigans, emphasizing their freshness, went well with the members’ handsome visuals and made them shine.

PARK JEONG WOO explained, “Our debut song ‘BOY’ presented a charismatic and strong image, but our title song ‘I LOVE YOU’ presents something softer along with the emotions of a boy who’s in love”. BANG YE DAM hoped, “I hope the people will find happiness by watching us smile”.

TREASURE has made debut on August 7 under the global fans’ interest and positive reviews. They’ve then made a speedy comeback in approximately 40 days by releasing their second single album, ‘THE FIRST STEP : CHAPTER TWO’, and has been achieving successful results.

‘I LOVE YOU’ topped the iTunes Top Song charts in 9 different countries on the date of its release. The song was also ranked at no. 1 and no. 3 on Rakuten Music’s Weekly chart and Line Music’s Weekly chart respectively. They are both major music platforms of Japan.

The results are meaningful considering that they are a K-Pop rookie group who has not yet made debut in Japan and never had local activities since their debut. After proving their presence among various top artists, TREASURE will perform on MBC ‘Show! Music Core’ today(26th).

‘I LOVE YOU’ is a Dance Pop genre song with faster and fiercer sounds than that of their debut single ‘BOY’. Like the title of the song, the lyrics state a boy’s straightforward rush towards the one he loves, while the phrase ‘I LOVE YOU’ is repeated to add catchiness to the song.

TREASURE is also receiving positive reviews by wearing school uniforms on stage. Their restrained yet powerful group moves, sturdy vocal skills, and improved rap skills are grabbing the hearts of global fans.
