TREASURE to Appear on Radio Broadcast for the First Time Since Debut… Trend Continues After Music Broadcast+Variety Show Appearances
[OSEN=김은애 기자] YG’s rookie group TREASURE will make their first-ever radio broadcast appearance. While they’ve made a successful comeback appearance last weekend through a music broadcast, the group will communicate with the fans once again through a radio broadcast.
On September 23 at 8 PM, all members of TREASURE will appear on KBS Cool FM(89.1MHz) ‘Kang Hanna’s Volume Up’. They will reveal their variety of charms as the biggest rookies of 2020 on the Wednesday corner titled ‘Tension Up! Reserved Seats’.
After making a speedy comeback through their second single album ‘THE FIRST STEP : CHAPTER TWO’ on the 18th, the group will make appearances on variety shows and radio studios unlike their debut single album activities, which they’ve focused only on music broadcast appearances, to actively interact with the public.
As it will be the group’s first-ever radio appearance, they will not only present live performance, but also behind stories regarding their album preparation and various episodes. The group is expected to show off their friendly charms and communicate with their fans from a closer distance.
TREASURE has been forming their fandom in and out of Korea by releasing various self-produced reality contents, showing off the charms and talents of all 12 members, as well as proving their musical talents. Their variety senses and teamwork will raise the tension by presenting laughter and liveliness to the viewers.
The title song ‘I LOVE YOU’ from TREASURE’s second single album is a Dance Pop genre song with fiercer sounds than that of ‘BOY’. The lyrics that state a boy’s emotions as he rushes toward the girl he loves, and the group’s school uniform concept are receiving positive reviews. The song topped iTunes Top Song charts in 9 different countries on the date of its release and is maintaining its top ranks on Rakuten Music and Line Music, which is Japan’s biggest music platform, for 6 consecutive days since its release.
