BLACKPINK Appears on US Radio with Selena Gomez… “Official Debut Album, Full of Surprises”
[OSEN=지민경 기자] BLACKPINK and Selena Gomez appeared on the radio program hosted by DJ Zach Sang, a popular American DJ, to raise anticipation on their latest single ‘Ice Cream’ and their upcoming official debut album.
On September 11, the ‘Zach Sang Show’(106.1 KOQL-FM) revealed BLACKPINK and Selena Gomez’s interview clip through their official YouTube channel. After meeting the American listeners, BLACKPINK members showed their bright and cheerful charms during the 18-minute interview, as well as showing their cute chemistry with Selena Gomez.
Regarding the collaboration on ‘Ice Cream’, BLACKPINK revealed their sincere thoughts by stating, “We are all fans of Selena Gomez” and added, “It’s an honor to have worked with her”. They continued, “We are happy more than anything that our fans liked the song”.
The four members of BLACKPINK and Selena Gomez also revealed their appreciation towards producers Tommy Brown, Teddy, and the staff members.
BLACKPINK has revealed that they worked on 2 songs with Tommy Brown on their upcoming official debut album, ‘THE ALBUM’, which will be released on October 2nd, raising the fans’ curiosities. ROSÉ stated, “Like the new song ‘Ice Cream’ was a surprise gift, our debut album will also be full of surprises”.
