BLACKPINK Wins First No. 1 on ‘Inkigayo’ After Making Comeback, “Thanks to BLINK.. ♥”
[스타뉴스=강민경 기자] BLACKPINK won first place on ‘Inkigayo’ with ‘How You Like That’.
On July 5, SBS ‘Inkigayo’ showed BLACKPINK winning the no. 1 trophy.
The no. 1 nominees for the first week of July were Seventeen’s ‘Left & Right’, Bloo’s ‘Downtown Baby’, and BLACKPINK’s ‘How You Like That’. They announced BLACKPINK as the winners.
BLACKPINK revealed their thoughts on their no. 1 by stating, “We thank TEDDY who wrote us an amazing song and delicately took care of us”. They then continued to express their gratitude towards the staff members who took well care of them.
BLACKPINK also added, “BLINK(BLACKPINK’s fan club name), who always show love and support for us, thank you so much, and we love you. We’ll do our best to become better than we are now”.
BLACKPINK’s ‘How You Like That’ is a Hip-hop track with sounds full of BLACKPINK’s character and charisma. The escalating vocals according to the emotional changes and the drop of the song impresses its listeners.
