G-Dragon’s Solo World Tour Kicks Off in Seoul on March 30
BigBang’s G-Dragon’s solo world tour kicks off in Seoul on March 30.
The G-DRAGON 2013 WORLD TOUR: ONE OF A KIND is to kick off at Seoul Olympic Gymnastic Arena for two days on March 30 and 31, with more than 24,000 fans.
The group have already proved their enormous popularity through their BIGBANG ALIVE GALAXY TOUR in 2012 which attracted 800,000 fans, and for which the tickets sold out in every country they visited. Now G-Dragon is extending the buzz through his solo world tour which will show off his musical talent to the fullest.
G-Dragon has chosen the phrase ONE OF A KIND for the tour, a phrase that expresses the artist the best. ONE OF A KIND shows that he is special and unique, and the same phrase was used for his mini album’s solo hip-hop song released last autumn.
All eyes are on G-Dragon as he anticipates more than 361,000 fans to join him in his concerts at Japan’s four largest stadiums (in Fukuoka’s Yahoo Japan Dome, Saitama’s Seibu Dome, Osaka’s Kyocera Dome and Aichi’s Nagoya Dome), the first for a Korean solo artist, as part of his world tour.
