WINNER to Hold Concert in Seoul on August 19… ‘The Beginning of the World Tour’
[한국경제TV=유병철 기자] WINNER will hold a world tour starting from their concert in Seoul, establishing themselves as one of the representative groups of K-Pop.
On July 4 at 4 PM, YG Entertainment announced WINNER’s tour through their official blog. The official poster included WINNER’s sensible and trendy team color, grabbing the viewers’ attention.
On August 19 at 6 PM on Olympic Gymnastics Arena, Seoul, WINNER will meet the fans by kicking off the ‘WINNER 2018 EVERYWHERE TOUR IN SEOUL’.
Starting from Seoul, they will visit 8 major cities in Asia including Taipei, Kuala Lumpur, Bangkok, Singapore, Manila, Jakarta, and Hong Kong. The expectations by fans are high as WINNER announced their schedules in Seoul and Asia. More tour locations besides the 8 cities will be added on and announced in the near future.
WINNER made special memories with the fans on June through their PRIVATE STAGE ‘WWIC 2018’, which was held in approximately 3 years since 2015. Before the lively memories fade, WINNER will meet the fans again, starting from their concert in Seoul on August.
The group is preparing to heat up this summer through their long-waited concert. Various performances that prove WINNER’s broadened musical spectrum will be presented through their upcoming world tour.

After releasing their 2nd official album ‘EVERYD4Y’ on April 4, WINNER displayed their musical growth by topping various music charts in and out of Korea. They proved their global influence by not only topping Korean charts including Gaon, but also iTunes Charts in 18 different countries. The group also proved their massive popularity in China by topping QQ Music’s Comprehensive New Releases Chart and KPOP MV Chart.
