[OSEN=이소담 기자] YG Entertainment’s representative producer, YANG HYUN SUK, promoted WINNER’s upcoming single as he revealed the truth behind his ugly past as Park Jinyoung stated, “I felt like he was mean when he didn’t mention his girlfriend”.
On March 11, YANG HYUN SUK wrote, “One of my few ugly past incidents 25 years ago, sorry and I love you Jinyoung. I want to know. The truth behind the incident 25 years ago, is that my girlfriend was at the concert. It was a song prepared for my girlfriend. Understand I said you fans instead of my girlfriend’s name” on his social media.
He continued, “WINNER promotion in the midst of this. A dingding song people will hear every day”, raising expectations of fans. A ‘ding song’ is a newly coined word which implies a great song.
WINNER’s comeback teaser poster was revealed back on March 10. It’s WINNER’s new release in 7 months after they released ‘OUR TWENTY FOR’ last year on August, and YANG HYUN SUK has previously noticed the group’s comeback plan by stating “announcing next week”.
WINNER will be YG’s 2nd runners in 2018 following iKON, who are having a successful period with the song, ‘LOVE SCENARIO’.
