iKON’s ‘LOVE SCENARIO’ At No. 1 In Charts For 42 Days
[YTN Star=지승훈 기자] Group iKON is continuing their no. 1 march for 42 days.
The title song ‘LOVE SCENARIO’ from iKON’s 2nd official album, ‘RETURN’, was placed at no. 1 in 5 different charts including Melon, Mnet, Genie, Olleh, and Naver, as of March 7 at 9 AM.
iKON hasn’t stepped down from their no. 1 spot in real-time charts for 42 days, setting a milestone that couldn’t be written in the past 10 years by any boy group. Furthermore, they proved their influence by not only dominating real-time and daily charts, but also weekly charts for 5 consecutive weeks.
The song ‘RUBBER BAND’ released on the 5th also noticed iKON’s further success though word of mouth among fans. The song’s emotional lyrics that portray a tight relationship between lovers as a rubber band and the cute and catchy hook captures the ears of listeners. iKOn’s producer and leader B.I collaborated with WINNER’s MINO in the creation of the song.
Meanwhile, iKON will shoot the music video for the new single from March 7 to March 9.
