iKON Will Perform Songs From the 2nd Album Live at the Fan Meeting for the First Time
[동아닷컴=전효진 기자] Group iKON will reveal live performances of songs contained in their 2nd official album for the first time, through ‘PRIVATE STAGE’.
iKON is currently putting their focus on the title song of their 2nd official album ‘LOVE SCENARIO’. Since iKON only performed ‘BEAUTIFUL’ other than the title track at their comeback stage, fans are looking forward to watch iKON perform other songs live. iKON is planning a unique stage with their powerful and ‘swag’-like group choreography with focal points based on the lyrics of the song.
Furthermore, today (9th) at 12 PM, a special message video noticing a D-30 countdown of ‘PRIVATE STAGE’ was revealed through iKON’s official social media. In the video, members of iKON shared their thoughts by stating, “We’re preparing hard since we’ll be meeting you fans in quite a while” and “We will perform new songs and have time to catch up with each other”.
The ticketing for ‘iKON 2018 PRIVATE STAGE [RE•-KONNECT]’ which will be held at Olympic Hall located in Bangyi-dong on March 11 will begin today at Auction Ticket from 8 PM. Since it’s their first official fan meeting in Korea and it’s been a while since they are meeting their fans ‘iKonic’, a competitive ticketing is expected.
‘PRIVATE STAGE’ is YG’s new fan-meeting brand that aims for high-quality performances based on communication between artists and fans. The members are actively participating by actively sharing ideas. They are also planning for special performances that portray the fans’ requests through ‘popular song voting’ and a ‘7 letter mission’. People are already looking forward to the stage and performances iKON will display at ‘PRIVATE STAGE’, as they are the ‘most popular’ group that are dominating no. 1 spots in all 8 major music platforms in Korea.
