[STAR TALK TALK] YOON, WINNER’s Leader Who Received Call-up from Na Young Seok X Shin Won Ho
[OSEN=김나희 기자] Group WINNER’s leader YOON received call-ups from producer Na Young Seok and Shin Won Ho, the ‘Midas touch’ in variety shows and dramas.
YOON is currently making appearance on tvN’s variety show ‘New Journey to the West Spinoff – Youth Over Flowers WINNER’ (Abbreviated as Youth Over Flowers WINNER) as the general affairs manager. As the leader of his team, he is enjoying the trip in Australia with his members while managing the pocket money from the staff. There have been misunderstandings, but reconciled the ‘WINNER’ way, and is currently displaying strong teamwork.
Although ‘Youth Over Flowers’ started with MINO, YOON is presenting his attractions through the program. Once you step foot on Na Young Seok’s camp, the relation is known to last and reconnect. People are already highly anticipating YOON as a variety program star even after ‘Youth Over Flowers WINNER’.
YOON was also casted in tvN’s new drama series ‘Prison Playbook’ (script by Jung Bo Hoon / directed by Shin Won Ho) which recently had its first episode airing. People paid attention to the new series, as it was a project by the production crew of the ‘Reply’ series, which was loved by viewers nation-wide. YOON was casted on this highly anticipated series, and was preparing to act on screen.
This also came up in ‘Youth Over Flowers WINNER’, when Na Young Seok was pulling a candid-camera prank. It is yet to be known what kind of character YOON will be playing in ‘Prison Playbook’, but people are still building up attention as producer Shin Won Ho stated he fell for YOON’s acting in dialect.
YOON received call-ups from two prominent producers of tvN, Na Young Seok and Shin Won Ho at the same time, actively taking part in both variety and drama. As he is exhibiting his charms in fields outside of the idol scene, people are looking forward to his future as a multiplayer.
