[OSEN=이소담 기자] Group iKON’s member BOBBY is coming back with a gift set for this fall. The gift set, his first solo album, will present not only his flagship groovy hip-hop style with full swag, but also a refreshing and tender feel.
BOBBY is releasing his first solo album “LOVE AND FALL” on September 14. BOBBY took part in writing all the songs in the full album with total 10 songs.
As such, the color of BOBBY’s music will be fully expressed in his solo album. The track list includes “I LOVE YOU” and “RUNAWAY”, the double title tracks, as well as “다른 세상 사람”, “텐데”, “IN LOVE”, “수영해”, “FIREWORK”, and “내게 기대”. WINNER’s SONG MINHO featured for “UP” and iKON’s DK and KATIE featured for “SECRET”.
BOBBY said, “I tried to express more colors in the album, as it is my first solo album. It includes songs of different genres from intense hip-hop to calm and tender ones”. As he explained, the 10 songs will reveal the widened spectrum of BOBBY’s music. The album can be described to have “10 different colors for 10 different songs”.
Hints about the two title tracks have been unveiled in the teaser films of the two title tracks. “I LOVE YOU” is a song that has a hidden twist in a sad love story expressed with a cheerful rhythm. It arouses music fans curiosity, as BOBBY tries such light and refreshing style for the first time. “RUNAWAY” presents not only BOBBY’s flagship powerful rapping but also sentimental vocal.
The day of the release of BOBBY’s first solo album is only a day ahead now. At 5PM on September 14, one hour before the release of the album, BOBBY will host V-LIVE countdown broadcasting on NAVER. Fans will be invited to the studio, so they will be able to directly listen to the details and behind stories of BOBBY’s work on the new album.
