WINNER’s popularity is growing faster than ever since their debut… New music videos surpassing 6 million views within one and a half day of release
[OSEN=김은애 기자] The music videos of WINNER’s new album have surpassed six million views.
The music videos of ”REALLY REALLY” and “FOOL”, WINNER’s new songs released on April 4, surpassed 3,412,952 views and 2,627,538 views, respectively, on April 6 at 8AM. The two new music videos are garnering views faster than ever since WINNER’s debut, after reaching 6,040,490 views together.
The songs are enjoying remarkable popularity on music charts as well. “REALLY REALLY” was in No.1 on the chart of Korea’s biggest music-streaming website Melon, as of April 6 at 8AM. It is still staying in the top rank on the chart of Melon, despite rush of new songs of popular singers onto charts.
The popularity of WINNER’s new songs overseas is also continuing. Single album “FATE NUMBER FOR” is staying in No.1 on the iTunes albums chart of 10 countries―Brunei, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Kazakhstan, Macao, Malaysia, Mexico, Singapore, Thailand, and Vietnam―for two days in a row from its release.
With such enthusiastic responses to WINNER’s new album, it will be also released in Japan on April 7 at 0 o’clock. Fans in Japan are also showing keen attention to the news of WINNER’s comeback after a long time of absence since the team’s third concert tour in the county, which drew 36,000 fans last year.
While presenting more performances than ever for their comeback, WINNER will also hold an autographing event for fans, in celebration of the release of the new single album.
The event will be hosted on April 14 at Hyundai City Outlet’s Dongdaemun branch. Fans selected in random drawing among the buyers of WINNER’s new single album will be invited to the event.
WINNER will kick off the performances for their new album in earnest, by performing in MBC’s “Music Center” show on April 8.
