American Billboard and FUSE TV spotlighted 2NE1’s farewell single release… “A suitable way to say goodbye”
[OSEN=선미경 기자] American Billboard and FUSE TV spotlighted the news about girl group 2NE1’s farewell single.
While the news about the release of 2NE1’s farewell single before the team’s disbandment was announced, American Billboard and FUSE TV also reported the news on January 5 (local time).
Billboard reported the news about the release of 2NE1’s last single by saying, “2NE1 was formed in 2009 and subsequently became one of K-pop’s most prominent acts through their empowering, modernist pop image.” The article was published right after the news about 2NE1’s last single “GOOD BYE” was announced in Korea.
FUSE TV also reported about the 2NE1’s last single release, saying, “After seven years of breaking records both in their native Korea and abroad, 2NE1’s “Good Bye” feels like a suitable way for fans to take in the still-fresh news of their split.”
2NE1 will express their regrettable feelings about the team’s sudden disbandment and their sorrieness for fans in the farewell single “GOOD BYE”. The song will be released on January 21.
