EUN JIWON of SECHSKIES Says, ”YANG HYUN SUK is a nice boss.”
[헤럴드POP=임지연 기자] “All of us were a big fan of YANG HYUN SUK. Now that we work with him, we feel that he is truly a nice person.”
SECHSKIES was interviewed in the afternoon of December 1 at the YG Building in Mapo-gu, Seoul upon the release of its new album “2016 Re-ALBUM”.
SECHSKIES members thanked the CEO of their agency, YANG HYUN SUK. KANG SUNGHOON said,” All of us were a big fan of YANG HYUN SUK. I was an ardent groupie of him. I even went to see him in action. EUN JIWON, LEE JAIJIN, and KIM JAEDUCK, we were all big fans of YANG HYUN SUK.”
KIM JAEDUCK said, “We grew up watching Seotaiji and Boys and dreamed about becoming like them. I was a big fan, but after we started working with him, I really got to like him as a person.” LEE JAIJIN made everyone laugh by saying, “I was a fan of Seotaiji.”
EUN JIWON expressed his affection for YANG HYUN SUK by saying, “YANG HYUN SUK doesn’t give a lot compliments. But when he does, it makes me feel really good. I think he’s a really nice boss. He even came to see us at the Melon Music Awards and praised us. He’s like a big brother to us.”
Meanwhile, at 12 AM on December 1, SECHSKIES released “2016 Re-ALBUM”, its first new album in 16 years. The album consists of rearranged versions of ten of SECHSKIES’s old songs. “COM’ BACK”, “COUPLE”, “HUNCH”, “COME TO ME BABY”, “CHIVALRY”, “HEARTBREAK”, “RECKLESS LOVE”, “ROAD FIGHTER”, “HAKWON BYEOLGOK”, and “DEAR LOVE” are the ten tracks of the album along with SECHSKIES’s recently released no.1 hit single “THREE WORDS” as the bonus track.
