SECHSKIES’s “COUPLE” Reborn Again After 18 Years
[마이데일리 = 전원 기자] SECHSKIES’s new album will include a rearranged version of its hit song “COUPLE”, which was first released 18 years ago.
YG Entertainment announced the first track list of SECHSKIES’s “2016 Re-ALBUM”, which is to be released on December 1, and that the title song of the album is “COUPLE”.
A total of ten tracks will included in the album, but the first track list only revealed five of them. The songs revealed are “COM’ BACK”, “COUPLE”, “Hunch”, “COME TO ME BABY”, and “CHIVALRY”.
The title track of the album, “COUPLE”, was released in 1998 and is SECHSKIES’s biggest hit song. It is also a song that is perfect for the cold winter. SECHSKIES members recently filmed a music video for the song in the beautiful snow-covered scenery of Sapporo, Japan. “COUPLE” was also included in the soundtrack of the popular TV show Reply 1997.
The other songs on the track list, “COM’ BACK”, “Hunch”, “COME TO ME BABY”, and “CHIVALRY”, were also huge hits back when SECKSKIES was at its prime. Fans are looking forward to listening to the newly arranged versions of these songs by YG producers.
Meanwhile, after releasing “2016 Re-ALBUM”, SECHSKIES will make a number of TV appearances on variety shows including MBC’s Radio Star and MBC every1’s Weekly Idol.
