While rookie idol group iKON’s debut warm-up release “MY TYPE” is enjoying a big popularity and sweeping all the top places on charts upon its release, BOBBY’s voice is thought to be the biggest strength of the song.

B.I and BOBBY took part in writing the lyrics of “MY TYPE”, which is a tender love song whose sweet melody and lyrics appeal to the hearts of girls.
The vocalist for the intro part that leads the feel of the song is rapper BOBBY. BOBBY sings the sweet lyrics in his flagship husky and low-toned voice. That makes the song feel sweeter. The color of BOBBY’s voice sings the heart of a boy in love in a pleasant rhythm. Such newly discovered talent and appeal of BOBBY who is usually a rapper, make the song all the more interesting.

Meanwhile, iKON will release “DEBUT HALF ALBUM ‘WELCOME BACK’” on October 1 and “DEBUT FULL ALBUM ‘WELCOME BACK’” on November 2, to begin their career in earnest. Plus, on October 3, they will hold debut concert “SHOWTIME” at the Olympic Gymnastics Hall in Seoul.
