BIGBANG In China for Dragon TV’s Spring Festival Show
[마이데일리 = 베이징 이용욱 특파원] BIGBANG showcased dynamic performances in China by appearing on the variety show celebrating the Spring Festival.
Tencent Entertainment and other media reported on Feb 20 that South Korea’s representing boy group BIGBANG stood on stage in Shanghai at 7:30 pm on Feb 19 for China’s Dragon TV Spring Festival Variety Show.
Reports said that Dragon TV installed the stage exactly how it is set when BIGBANG performs in Korea, while particular choreographers were allocated to BIGBANG for the performance in China.
BIGBANG utilized their fluent Chinese to greet the fans. Chinese media also reported that local fans, especially those born between 1985 and 1990, enjoyed BIGBANG’s Spring Festival performance.
BIGBANG actually performed a total of 8 songs for filming the show in advance, but the producer had to cut it down to 3 on the aired show due to the restricted airing time. The producer later told the media how painful it was to reduce it to 3.
