“MIX & MATCH”, The Final Sweaty Performance to Become iKON
[OSEN=오민희 기자] “MIX & MATCH” displayed the final performance of the nine contestants. The final match ended with their fantastic dance. iKON members will be announced next week, after adding the result of the final match and viewers’ vote.
In cable channel Mnet’s “MIX & MATCH” aired on the 30 at 11pm, a final match hosted by DAESUNG and YOO IN NA was displayed. The final match was dance battle, following freely-selected song match and a match of songs written by the members themselves.
The nine trainees made an impressive appearance on the stage, singing G-DRAGON’s “Niliria”. They staged a sensuous performance and powerful but restrained dance, against the background of “All of me” and ‘”Siri Says”.
G-DRAGON encouraged the nine, saying, “I’m honored to see all the nine of you on the stage. When I see each of you working so hard, I feel sorry and sad”.
Lastly, KIM JINHWAN caught the eyes by saying, “I appreciate your hard work so far. I hope this moment could become the best moment in our lives. Let’s not be sorry to each other”.
B.I, iKON’s leader, said, “The members of iKON are finally being selected after a long process. But this isn’t the last time for all of us, whether you become the member of iKON or not. I hope we can meet again someday at the top”.
That gave an end to the long journey of selecting the members of iKON. Seven iKON members will be selected by adding up the result of judges’ vote, global pre-voting in Korea, China, and Japan, final match’s on-site voting, SNS voting, and voting on mobile messenger.
The time for the voting is from 11pm on the day until 12am on the 31. Viewers can cast their vote by sending a text message, as well as on-line and through mobile voting on LINE. Each viewer can vote for four out of six members, and cannot cast more than one votes on one member.
