“MIX & MATCH”’s KOO JUNHOE Takes No.1 in Korea-China Global Vote… “Bound To Be iKON?”
[TV리포트=하수나 기자] As the result of global vote among icon candidates has been unveiled, vocal KOO JUNHOE took the No.1 in the global voting of Korean and China.
In Mnet’s “MIX & MATCH” aired on the 23, “MIX & MATCH” members had a fan meeting in Korea, following ones in Japan and China.
In the “MIX & MATCH” episode of the day, the result of global vote in Korea, China, and Japan that was carried out in Osaka, Japan, Beijing, China ,and finally in Korea was unveiled.
In Japan, SONG YUNHYEONG took the No.1, while KOO JUNHOE took the top in China. In the global vote held in Beijing, China, KOO JUNHOE took the No.1 and SONG YUNHYEONG who was in the No.1 in Japan took the No.2. KIM DONGHYUK was ranked in the 3rd place and JUNG CHANWOO in the 4th place. Notably, KOO JUNHOE took the No.1 in the global vote held in Korea as well, showing his big popularity both in Korea and China.
Meanwhile, “MIX & MATCH” is a survival audition program designed to select the members of YG Entertainment’s new boy group. Total seven among nine candidates including B.I, BOBBY, and KIM JINHWAN whose debut has already confirmed and four others who will be selected through vote among SONG YUNHYEONG, KIM DONGHYUK, KOO JUNHOE, JUNG JINHYEONG, JUNG CHANWOO, and YANG HONGSEOK will make debut as YG’s new boy group.
